Back in June, amidst the unsettling gut feeling of possibly losing my job, I stumbled upon a path less trodden – the fascinating world of AI imagery. It wasn't just a fleeting interest; it became my sanctuary, my new classroom. After long hours at work, I'd dive into courses, read blogs, and experiment with AI tools. The more I played around with AI, the more hooked I became. It was like unlocking a door to a realm brimming with endless possibilities. (I was laid off in August. My intuition is ALWAYS right)
Overcoming Skepticism
In my journey, I've encountered many who raise eyebrows at AI-generated images. Some dismiss them as "not art," deny the artist in the creator, claim "that's not photography, " or think it’s weird. But here's my stance: I never claimed to be a traditional artist or photographer. What I do claim, however, is that each piece of AI imagery I create is a product of my imagination, prompted and guided by my thoughts and feelings. Yes, some outputs are unconventional, but isn't that the essence of creativity?
The Art of Learning and Evolving
My journey with AI has been more than just about creating imagery; it's been a journey of learning and adapting.
